World Series of Poker Day 1A Underway

World Series of Poker Day 1A just opened with Wayne Newton as I reported yesterday.  Scotty Nguyen was given an introduction as the 2008 HORSE Event by WSOP Commissioner Jeffrey Pollack (see photo).  And the Rio is sold out during the World Series of Poker Main Event.  Who knew?  Looks like I’m “roughin’ it” across the tracks at the Bellagio for the night.

Also,table orange 33 is the second featured table for ESPN which would be the table with ESPN cameras filming players playing poker.
