James writes in a comment asking if there’s truth to Governor Perry blocking the Texas HB 222 (AKA Triple Deuce), which is patiently waiting to be heard.  Unfortunately, for us math geeks, I have heard this is true.  I’m sad, as this would be my attempt in earning my WSOP buy-ins. 

I guess the bill is just like it’s label.  It’s nice to flop a low set but every other set is better.   And I’m sticking by my… if the bill dies, then girls will continue to have the government’s support in stripping off clothes for money  but go to jail for dealing cards in a game using math skills.*  Which totally makes sense.
