The World Series of Poker will be having their ask-me-anything-conference-call on April 28th about the 2009 WSOP.  Which means one shouldn’t ask questions unrelated to the WSOP or how things like how big will the prize be?  But who cares, I will be asking Jeffrey Pollack if he will have In-N-Out Burger cater to all final tables.  Additionally, since [...]

Three-Way Tie = Poker Studs

It’s no surprise Wicked Chops Poker made Bluff Magazine’s ”Poker’s Power 20” this month. Apparently, followers of the popular poker site believe… a day of poker news without WCP is like a day without sunshine.  After all, what would loyal readers do without the Friday Night Parting Shot, blurry poker pro photos overpowered by sharp background breasts, clever phrases like “A Woman”,  Ginger sightings or simply policing them as ”sexy pigs” or better, [...]

Obviously not the case but definitely a funny and somewhat respectable site to see. [...]

The new WSOP Director of Corporate Communications, Seth Palansky, is probably practicing his perfect NFL spiral to Jeffrey Pollack in the Amazon Ballroom right now. Actually, considering the liability of tag football around ESPN’s equipment, the long hallway outside the ballroom makes more sense. Nonetheless, when I see them together I’m going to call them [...]

The head honcho of the World Series of Poker, Commissioner Jeffrey Pollack, will be the first to admit he’s not there to change the game of poker but there to improve the business side of what he claims to be the best poker brand.  He humbly acknowledges the WSOP was a great poker tournament before [...]
