Toy recalls are beginning to seem like SNL Debbie Downer skits. Especially when Thomas the tank engine fans are so cheerful. Today’s recalls include toys, children’s jewelry, address books and journals. The manufacturer issued recalls after a newspaper leaked the story of a toy re-design instead of recalling in 2002 when they first discovered the problem. I guess they didn’t think a two-year-old would notice.
