The new WSOP Director of Corporate Communications, Seth Palansky, is probably practicing his perfect NFL spiral to Jeffrey Pollack in the Amazon Ballroom right now. Actually, considering the liability of tag football around ESPN’s equipment, the long hallway outside the ballroom makes more sense. Nonetheless, when I see them together I’m going to call them the P & P Poker Factory. Now if we could just get them to sing…”Everybody Play Now” No offense to C & C Music Factory fans. But hey, I’m just a squirrel trying to get a nut and apparently the music just took control. In fact, just listening to the C & C YouTube video has made me want to stand up and do the robot dance in Starbucks.
Not sure if Eric Morris, Bluff Magazine and baseball junkie, is there yet cheering them on but I am sure he will be disappointed when I tell him I didn’t see Jeff Bagwell or Craig Biggio at the pool this weekend. Rumors have been circulating lately that Bluff was recently sold. “I was the last to hear” joked Morris before confirming the rumor to be just that…a rumor. Hmmm, I’m sure he would sell for the right price. After all, isn’t that the beauty of capitalism? In the meantime…Bluff Media will be broadcasting some of the final tables.
